The season has officially begun! Here’s whats going on this week:

Practice

Practice today is optional. I have a work obligation, so I will not be able to attend. However, if you want to get some extra throws I encourage you to still go to the Healing Fields at 3:30 to toss around. Every second of practice matters!

Games

We have our first game is on Wednesday! We will be playing at Lakeside Sports Park down in Orem! The game is scheduled to start at 6:00, so lets get there by 5:30 to warmup! Previously UUDA said all gamedays will be double headers, but the website only lists one game for Wednesday. I do not know if future gamedays will be double headers or not, we will just have to wait and see

UVU Tournament Results

Our boys played extra hard this Saturday! Only 9 people for 4 whole games means A LOT of running. And it paid off! We lost our first games against Provo, won the second versus Green Canyon, BARELY lost the third game to Riverton, and beat Lone Peak for the fourth game. Overall we went 2-2, which is a solid start to the season!

League Registration

In order to play in games and tournaments this season, you MUST be registered with UUDA. To do this, Venmo @alliance_ultimate $65 with the name of the player you wish to register. The deadline to complete team registrations is March 15th, so please try to Venmo me before then. Again, the $65 covers the USAU and UUDA membership and the State Tournament at the end of the season.
